That is why we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.


1. THE 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We are confident that you will love The Fresh Aura™. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price.

To be eligible for a return under this guarantee:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be in good physical condition (no cracks, deep scratches, or water damage due to improper use outside of instructions).

  • All original packaging and accessories (charging dock, USB cable, user manual) must be included in the return package.


2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@thefreshaura.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

    • Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If the product arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs or send a replacement immediately free of charge.

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning the item due to personal preference or a "change of mind," the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:

  1. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  2. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@thefreshaura.com.


5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

1-Year Warranty: The Fresh Aura™ comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or normal wear and tear.


6. CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Since we strive for fast shipping, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and then follow the return process.
