At The Fresh Aura™, we are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. We ship worldwide and work with reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to pick, pack, and quality check your order before it is shipped.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Tracking Number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 8 - 12 Business Days

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 8 - 12 Business Days

  • 🇦🇺 Australia & NZ: 8 - 14 Business Days

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 10 - 15 Business Days

  • 🌍 Rest of the World: 10 - 20 Business Days

Note: These are estimated delivery times. While the vast majority of packages arrive within this timeframe, rare delays may occur due to customs inspections or peak holiday seasons.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE

  • Insured Shipping (Optional): Covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. (Price calculated at checkout).


4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Yes, all orders include a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. You can also track your order status at any time on our website's "Track Your Order" page.

  • Please note: It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking system to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.


5. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For customers in the United States, taxes are included, and you will not be charged any extra customs fees upon delivery. For international orders, depending on your country's laws, import duties or taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


6. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check your surroundings and with your neighbors. If the package is still missing, or if it has been stuck in transit for more than 30 days, please contact us at support@thefreshaura.com immediately. We will investigate the issue and issue a replacement or refund if necessary.


7. WRONG ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order so we can try to correct it before shipment.
